By accessing or using DeepErase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

DeepErase provides automated data removal services from data brokers, people search sites, and other online databases. We submit legal opt-out requests on your behalf under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, DMCA).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information for identity verification. You must be the person whose data is being removed, or have legal authority to act on their behalf. Misuse of our service for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service operates on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase if no removals have been processed.

5. Limitations

While we strive for complete removal, we cannot guarantee 100% success. Some data brokers may not comply with removal requests. Removal timelines vary by broker (7-45 days). Data may reappear and require re-submission of removal requests.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
