We collect: Email address (for account and reports), Name and contact details (for removal requests), Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us), Usage data (anonymized analytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: Submit data removal requests on your behalf, Send you scan results and removal status updates, Process payments, Improve our service.

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We only share information with: Data brokers (to process removal requests), Payment processors (Stripe), Service providers (hosting, email) under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to: Access your personal data, Correct inaccurate data, Delete your account and all associated data, Export your data, Opt-out of marketing communications.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days.
